Steel construction with center 25 mm dia, 9.5” tall pole to mount
any extra weight. Comes with shoulder harness with strong support
padding & nylon webbing attachment with snap hooks. Helps
improve acceleration, strength and stamina with weight resisted
sprints.
Poles are adjustable from 120cm to 170cm in 4 different Heights.
