Comes with shoulder harness & attachments to connect the sled. Speed resistance sled helps improve acceleration, strength and stamina with weight resisted sprints.
All round rubber base with fixed rubber attachment for flexibility.
Suitable for poles upto inner dia of 27mm and with a dia of 50mm are placed over the socket.
