Comes with shoulder harness & attachments to connect the sled. Speed resistance sled helps improve acceleration, strength and stamina with weight resisted sprints.
Ideal for indoor or outdoor sessions. Set of 50 markers to use on flat or grass surface. Available in Blue, Yellow, White, Red and Orange colour. Includes carry bag.
