Shipping & Returns

Gujral Industries ships worldwide and uses reputable courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most part of India within 7-10 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Gujral Industries cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping will be as per actuals.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 6398693167 to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange :

If there is any genuine case for return/exchanges of a product, please contact us on support@gisco.in within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

For Any approved returns, we process refund once we receive the product back.

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on support@gisco.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
