foot bands is 30cm (11.8inch). The whole length of band walker is
137cm/53.9inch. Every team has 5 members and each member
fasten the hoop & loop around the left foot and all five members left
foot are banded on one band walker. So do the right foot.Then 5
people cooperate with each other and run to the finishing line. Helps
to develop cooperation and balance.
